Novies is a mountain Pemonte, not far from Francoli distillery. In the summer time, its slopes and overed with colourful & abundant Alpine flora. Inspired by the profusion of local herbs & roots, at the end of the 1950s, the Francoli family created their 1st first herbal liqueurs.
§The use of typical Alpine herbs and botanicals creates a forestry and Alpine profile with a herbaceous character and a distinct gentian note.
