Novies is a mountain Pemonte, not far from Francoli distillery. In the summer time, its slopes and overed with colourful & abundant Alpine flora. Inspired by the profusion of local herbs & roots, at the end of the 1950s, the Francoli family created their 1st first herbal liqueurs.
An intense, herbaceous fernet, with many layers of flavours.
This unique herbal liqueur, naturally low in sugar, uses bitte aromatic botanicals typical from the Alps and the Monte Novies.
