St. Lucia Distillers are one of the most respected Caribbean rum producers with seven trophies in the last seven years.
The Chairman’s Reserve White Label rum, which was actually aged in American white oak casks – Jim Beam, Jack Daniels and Buffalo Trace – separately by still, then blended and reintroduced to oak for a further two to four years. Afterwards, it was filtered to remove the colour, but not the excellent flavour, making it perfect for cocktails.
