A high quality amber Rhum Agricole from Habitation Clément.
Unlike most other rums, made with either molasses or another sugar refinery byproduct, Rhum Agricole is produced using the fermented juice of the sugar cane. This creates a grassier, more fragrant spirit, with a subtler sugar note.
This rhum agricole ambré , resulting from the distillation of pure sugarcane juice, is matured 12 to 24 months in oak vats. It is an amber rhum agricole with an“ Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée” (Controlled Designation of Origin).
Clément Ambre serves up tasty notes of fresh cane, clear honey, tropical fruit and vanilla.
Makes a cracking Ti’ Punch, and is delicious enjoyed simply over ice on a hot day.
