Metero is a hand crafted quality mezcal.
From Las Margaritas, Oaxaca, comes Meteoro Joven Mezcal, named after the legend of a small meteor making a little crater in Oaxaca and a local Mezcalero using it as an earthen pit oven to cook his agave hearts and created the best mezcal in the region.
This is a 100% Espadin Agave Mezcal, twice distilled in copper pot still by by maestro Petonilo Rosario Altamirano.
Oaxaca using only traditional methods. The alcohol content is slightly lower at 45% which gives a slightly lighter taste profile with more citrus and makes it ideal for cocktails as well as sipping.
