Novies is a mountain Pemonte, not far from Francoli distillery. In the summer time, its slopes and overed with colourful & abundant Alpine flora. Inspired by the profusion of local herbs & roots, at the end of the 1950s, the Francoli family created their 1st first herbal liqueurs.

A traditional red vermouth with a rich aroma, weaving notes of citrus fruits, spices and Alpine herbs such as artemisia & gentian.

The distinct sweet flavour is well balance by a note herbaceous bittering. However, the taste is very verlvety.
