Assembly of old rums from 3 years to 10 years, initially distilled in a small copper column called Creole column.
These small columns, entirely made of copper, give the rum a particularly round and expressive aromatic profile. This lot has been selected for its notes of vanilla, coconut, chocolate, date and slight nuances of tobacco. It develops in the mouth these aromas with a very good roundness and a great sweetness.
