In Le Tribute's Olive Lemonade, lemons are peeled and their peel is preserved for steeping and distillation, extracting their juice as the base for the lemonade. The lemon peels are distilled with a small amount of olives to extract their oils and aromas, giving the drink its subtle but distinctive olive note. A touch of seawater completes and enhances the flavor of the olives and lemons.
