Symposium, a UK independent spirits merchant has launched Merchant’s Choice, a new range of alternative craft spirits for bartenders.

Designed to provide an alternative for bars that would rather not use mainstream brands, the three-strong range consists of a Guyanese White Rum, a Classic Vodka distilled from British wheat and a bright London Dry Gin.

Guyanese Rum: Distilled in Guyana, this Caribbean  rum delivers subtle notes of Citrus  and Vanilla. The rum is described as being 'light and fresh, with subtle notes of citrus and vanilla'.
