Symposium, a UK independent spirits merchant has launched Merchant’s Choice, a new range of alternative craft spirits for bartenders.

Designed to provide an alternative for bars that would rather not use mainstream brands, the three-strong range consists of a Guyanese White Rum, a Classic Vodka distilled from British wheat and a bright London Dry Gin.

Merchant’s Choice Gin, distilled at Langley Distillery, England, is a classic London Dry, with juniper and citrus in evidence.
