Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin was launched in 2019 by French Rosé wine producer Mirabeau, based near Saint-Tropez on their 20-hectare estate and vineyard.

The gin is inspired by Mirabeau's wines, the Provence region and France's perfume trade, and it came to fruition after discovering that the alcohol recovered when producing low ABV wines made for an ideal base for gin.
